RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense. Due hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable or exchangeable.


All jewellery must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Seliste Jewellery has the right to deny a return if the jewellery returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return
shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.


For exchanges, I will send you a voucher with the value of the returned item.
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours

 

RETURNED MAIL

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewellery has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

 

SHIPPING

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out.
Seliste Jewellery is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

USA / Canada: Standard 10-15 Business days


Europe : Standard 10-15Business days

Other Countries: Standard 15 -20Business days

United Kingdom :3-15business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Before/After Christmas there use to be up to 3 weeks of delays (Nov 15th to Jan
15th).


Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30 days from shipping date. Please
understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
