Due to hygiene, we are unable to accept any returns on our earrings unless faulty. Our items are packed by hand and quality checked prior to posting. Should your item arrive damaged, please notify us by email within 24 hours and include photos so we can arrange a return and replace items for you if applicable.

For all other items, we offer a refund or exchange policy for unworn items that are
returned within 30 days of your original online purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is not included and is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without a valid confirmation of return email from us will not be accepted.
