How long does shipping take?
At our jewellery store, we take pride in providing you with handcrafted pieces that are made with care and attention to detail. Our delivery time includes both the crafting process and shipping of your order.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Here are our estimated shipping times:
UK : 3 -15 Business Days
United States ,Canada : 10 -15 Business Days
Europe : 10-15 Business Days
Australia ,New Zealand :10 -15 Business Days
Asia : 10 - 15 Business Days
African : 12 - 15 Business Days
*This doesn’t include our 2-3 day processing time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to . If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
When checking out please ensure you provide a valid post code and delivery
address. Your order will be shipped to the address entered and cannot be changed once processed but your parcel can be tracked.
You will receive a tracking code once your order has been fulfilled if you select Special Delivery or our Tracked Service only, please follow guidelines on the courier website to track or edit your delivery if applicable.
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your payment method will be charged when you checkout. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been packed and posted. Please note that once dispatched we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service or Royal Mail but we will be happy to help. What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
